Find a professional garden seat installation service in VIC

I’m in the process of restoring a Victorian Coalbrookdale garden seat. I’m fine to re-paint it but I don’t have the tools or the skills to replace the timber slats and do a good job. I need someone handy who can cut timber to lengths and drill holes. All materials with be provided. There are 6 slats in total, the longest is about 1.4 down to about 1.1. Timber will be 19mm x 44mm Tas Oak. Slats will be removed prior to works starting. Seat is very, very heavy so work would probably need to be done on site.

I need a metal garden bench seat assembled and bolted to concrete. The location is next to a wall of a church in Sunbury as shown in photo. This is my photoshopped impression of what it will look like. I haven't yet bought the seat. My 'budget' figure is open to negotiation - I had to enter a figure to proceed.
