Find an experienced garden planting specialist in Darlinghurst

I have a balcony that is exposed to intense sun in the morning and is impacted by wind and construction dust. I am also not very knowledgeable about caring for different plants. Some of my plants survive well, some have stopped growing and some have died with various symptoms. I am seeking advice on which of my exisiting plants are most suited to my balcony conditions, how I should care for them and if I need to change their pots (including drilling holes in the bottom).

My fiddle lift plants are in desperate need of some loving care.
