My roller garage door is not stopping automatically when it reaches the floor and is forcefully banging against it. At the moment, I’m having to stop it manually using the remote. I'm not sure what the exact issue is-possibly the sensitivity settings need adjustment. I have a video of the problem but am unable to share it here.

I need to have the internal tracks of the garage door increase. (As you can see in the photo my tracks are about 60/70cm from the ceiling) Actual garage door opening height can remain the same, I just need to increase the height of the tracks so that I can install taller shelving on the sides.
