The roller door is perforated which allows dust and dirt to enter the unit. I would like a solid roller door, maybe adding a cover or similar to the exisiting, I would also like the gap between the top of the roller door and the ceiling sealed and potentially the gap between the bottom of the roller door and the ground.

Every time it rains, water penetrates our garage from under the garage door, and the garage becomes flooded. I’ve tried a sealer and sand bags but to no avail. I need someone to help me with that. Perhaps to build a step or a slope or offer another creative solution??

Need a new lock installed in garage door, replacing an old one. Similar design, but the screw holes in the metal garage door need to be widened to accommodate the new lock. Other than that, it's just screwing in, and attaching the metal chain that unlocks the door when you twist the lock handle.
