When the weather is cold my garage door often opens to 10% and gets stuck. It needs a few tried to fully get past the sticking point. Door isnt level and there is fraying on both side cables. Cables need replacement

DIY installation of motorised Chamberlain garage door opener for single roller

My garage door needs the cable realigned. It can open and close but beeps and stops multiple times. I’m renting so I just want to get it working so I can get in and out. I’ll be submitting it to my agent for maintenance anyway but as I store my work items in the garage - I just want it to open and close a bit easier at the moment as they take ages to organise repairs.

I want to drill a 10mm hole in each of the steel runners of my garage door (2 holes in total, 1 in each door) so I can attach padlocks to the runners to stop the door being opened.

When it's cold, our electric garage door doesn't go up and down easily. We have to get out of the car with the remote control and help to push it up or down, otherwise it only goes up or down a couple of inches at a time. It's not such an issue in summer. We're looking for someone to see if they can help to make it open and close more easily and reliably.

roller door cannot be locked as indicated in photo. Side could be not aligned where the lock could not be turned

Section of inside of garage door fixing bracket with roller is coming off the garage door. Roller is falling out of track. One side only. Seems like some bolts need to be tightened, and some replaced. Door needs to be pushed back into track etc. general maintenance. I have working remotes for both but i want a backup. One remote currently opens my gate and back roller door. The other opens my garage door. One remote that can do all 3 would be ideal

2 Garage Doors (1 Double & 1 Single Roller) servicing. Double Garage Door has one issue - sometimes it stop just 1 inch before ground or when it's open and we press button it moves 1 inch and stops.
