Task includes: - Supplying and installing a suitable motor (or installing one I buy, open to discussion) - Making sure the door runs smoothly and safely - Setting up remotes and basic operation - Power is available in the garage. - Minor realignment for metal panel on one side of the garage door. Garage chain is broken and came off. see pictures for current motor. Need quote if the chain connector can be fixed, also three remotes working on and off, need to be looked at. It’s a double garage door, slides up one panel door (it’s not roller shutter door)

Sometimes when I press the remote, the garage door doesn't move and there’s a beeping alarm sound. If I turn off the power and restart it, the issue is temporarily fixed. However, after 24 to 48 hours, it stops working again and I have to reset the power once more. My electric front gate opens when I press the remote, but it makes a creaking or grinding noise and doesn’t open fully. It seems like the motor might be struggling or there could be rust causing resistance

The bracket has dislodged from the brick work and the spring came loose. The bracket needs to be fixed back to the wall and spring reattached. The other bracket needs securing as it appears loose.
