Hi there, I’m having an issue with my automatic garage door. Both the remote control and the wall-mounted button are not working properly. • The door doesn’t respond on the first attempt when pressing either the remote or the wall button. • It only opens or closes after pressing multiple times. Looking for someone experienced with garage door systems who can: • Diagnose the issue (may be related to wiring, receiver, or motor) • Fix or suggest the right solution Thanks!
I’m quite disappointed with the service I received. The issue with the garage door was not explained clearly, and there was a lack of transparency throughout. The technician arrived and quickly suggested a full replacement without properly walking me through the actual problem. He ultimately did nothing and still charged $110. The service was neither professional nor polite, and I would not recommend it to others based on my experience
