Repair broken outdoor table leg & outdoor chair leg

The wardrobe railing was damaged when we moved in and we're hoping to get it fixed. The rail itself is bent and broken in on section. The left pole attachment fixture is loose, so when too much weight is on the rail it pops out of place. We'd need a new rail and the left side fixture would need to be fixed (chipwood probably damaged a bit).
