No van needed. I just need someone to move the items from my house into a movers van I have already hired at my current house, I don’t need assistance unloading at the new house. Stairs: 2 sets of stairs Items: fridge, queen bed frame and mattress, set of drawers, couch, 2 desks, 2 bookshelves, tv and tv unit, miscellaneous boxes of kitchen and household items All items are up both sets of stairs and need to be moved down them
Arrived 25 minutes late, didn’t notify me until I reached out asking where they were. After they arrived they didn’t begin for 10 minutes due to their own miscommunication with not knowing that they were helping load an existing truck, not using their own. They then tried to charge me $40 extra, as they stated they were here for an hour and 40 minutes instead of an hour and 30, despite not feeling comfortable I was forced to pay $30 over agreed $

Within 5 minutes of the guys arriving I could tell they were the most efficient movers I’ve ever used and the feeling didn’t change throughout the hours of hard work they put in. Nothing was too hard, genuinely lovely polite lads that just got in and done all the hard work. Not one complaint. They walked into a bit of nightmare as a last minute move and not very organised, didn’t bother them in slightest. Could not recommend more highly.
