I need help moving an electric queen bed base, 2x 8 cube shelving units, a buffet and an IKEA Trofast storage frame from Grays Point to a storage facility in Miranda (7km). Access at pickup is tricky - multiple flights of external stairs, a narrow internal staircase and angled ceiling beams limiting maneuverability for the bed base. It can be done (we got it in there!) but will likely require some furniture moving and trial and error. Buffet is quite heavy, unsure of the exact weight.

88kg sofa bed has been delivered but delivery fee did not include taking it up stairs. Still in all plastic wrapping it will definitely fit down hallway and inside the bedroom door upstairs. Inside stairs May be an option but looks a bit too difficult to me given the clearance above and the bend. Alternative is it goes down about 5 front steps back outside, up a sloping side path then up these outside stairs in photo. Given width it would need to be lifted over the gate in the photos so please take into account it's 88kg.

Need to pick up the 3 price set couch from 40 Moyran Parade Grays Point 2232 and dropoff at 12 Morgan Street Milller 2168.

I have a few larger items that need moving. We are just moving to the house next door so no transport is required. Items can just be carried down the stairs and across to the neighbouring property. I have a stair Walker trolley. I am also able to assist but need help with heavier items eg fridge, washer and dryer, glass tabletop and a lounge. There are a lot of stairs but it's a house so they are not tight unit block style stairs. Has to be done tomorrow (Sunday 10th Jan).
