I have a light couch, a queen sized mattress, an 85 inch tv and approx 3-4 bags of clothes / items. All which fit in a decent sized van. Must fit under 2.1m, into my underground parking garage in front of the lift. Upon arrival at delivery address, items to be taken into granny flat rear of property approx 50 metres.
