Weekend of Friday the 2nd of May to Sunday the 4th of May. Need help moving a standard fridge (from second floor, down two flights of stairs) and a front-loader washing machine (currently on ground floor) to Annerley, which is about 10 minutes away. Moving to ground floor apartment. You’ll need a suitable vehicle. Fridge and washing machine will need to be carefully secured during transport. Drop-off has easy access (ground floor). I need assistance moving a large two-door fridge to the third floor of a unit. The fridge dimensions are 91 cm wide, 180 cm high, and 72 cm deep. The main challenge is that the staircase is L-shaped, and the space is quite tight for maneuvering. If necessary, we are open to removing the fridge doors to make the process easier, but if it can be done without removing them, that would be ideal. Looking for experienced movers with the right equipment to handle this. Please let me know if you’re able to help or have suggestions to make this process smoother!

We have just bought a new fridge but the delivery guys would not move it upstairs. We have a fridge to be moved from upstairs in a 3 story apartment with 2 flights of stairs. Then the new fridge to be taken upstairs. There are 3 corners to get around and from memory when the removalists took the fridge up, they did it with the fridge upright to get around the corners. Would need 2 strong guys with experience in removals to get this done. Need it done today if possible. The old fridge is a double door Samsung fridge/freezer and works perfectly, the fridge door just needs adjusting and it’s 12 years old. But still a great fridge. (The photo shows it with the handles off, which just clip back on. Again, the house is 3 stories with 2 flights of stairs! Must be moved without damaging the walls as it’s a rental. I do have a removalists blanket should you require it but you will need to bring tape, and possibly straps to carry the fridge. $150 and keep the old fridge.
