Fridge freezer disposal and recycling

This should be a 10 minute job and I am able to do part of the lifting. There is a step between the fridge freezer and the outside of the property, while the washing machine is on the same level. The fridge has wheels. The driveway is sloped, but should be easy enough to push down.
