20 Floating Flooring in Brisbane

Needing carpet and floorboards laying. I have attached a copy of the floor plan where the yellow is floorboards and the blue is carpet. There is about 1m squared of tiling that needs to be removed in order to place the floor boards. I unfortunately dont have the measurements as of yet but just want to get an idea of pricing. Need to replace two carpet areas with vinyl flooring. Two areas are (3.7x3.9) and (3.5x4). Would also need the carpet removed and you'd have to bring your own tools. Looking for an affordable option for flooring and have not purchased anything yet. Please let me know if you can supply as well as install it. And what that additional cost would be. The spaces are both rectangular; the living/dinning is approx. 25msq and the hallway is approx. 8msq.
