I would like to find a personal trainer to train minimum two to three times a week in Ashfield. Could train in peace park or pratten park. My schedule changes week per week. I can’t propose a strict schedule so I would need someone who would be a bit flexible with my availability. I would like to do weights to rebuilt my strength and tone up my arms and legs. I also like boxing but I don’t currently own boxing gloves so we can add this down the line if it’s possible.
