The upright has come out of the slab during the storm. It would have to be repositioned/remounted. May not be an easy fix unless you have done this kind or repair before.

Fence is becoming loose in my house. I need a handyman or fencing expert to repair and reinforce a boundary fence that is struggling to hold back soil and stones. The job includes: Removing excess soil and stones from the fence line. Trimming the bottom of the fence palings. Installing a timber sleeper along the bottom of the fence to add strength and prevent soil movement. Or whatever method to ensure the fence is properly secured and aligned.
