Need to fix a pole and colobond fence part of my house. House is located about 10m above from main road level with a slope towards the road.

I want a dual latch installed on my side gate. The current one is useless. I don’t have the latch it will need to be provided.

I would like to fix my fence that is on a slope due to the wind. There is about 2-3 metres or fence that will need fixing

Gauging interest at this stage as I am not sure when we will be able to lock in a time and not sure if we will find someone else to do it, further details tbc. Will need to cut into ~8cm deep concrete 500x500mm, post dig to ~1200mm pending installation instructions, infill with concrete, and insert the foundation plate. The job is actually to be done in my neighbour's property. They were not happy with the way my retaining wall and fence has done to their side of the boundary and wanted a few minor things fixed. I have attached photos to show what needs to be done. Fig 1 shows the back area of the neighbour's block where the plinth should go to raise the height of the level below the colourbond sheets. Fig 2 shows the view of the fence from my side. He wants the third panel to be square not levelled with the lower panel. Fig 3 shows the flower bed to be filled with 30 cm of garden soil. Fig 4 shows the gap between my garage wall and his concrete floor which needs to be filled with plain concrete. Fig 5 and 6 show the front area where the two fences are.
