Supporting post on verandah has rotted at the base and needs that section replaced or filled. Another supporting post is also showing signs of rot and needs fixing plus 1 x weatherboard to be replaced.

Picket fence, rails and posts need replacing. Some posts may be able to be salvaged with metal supports and concreted into place. Approx 50m of fencing is in need of attention.
