Install the 2 missing vertical poles (which I already have) in the top section of the gate and repair the gaps in the bottom rail to ensure proper fit and stability and match the existing black finish.

Front gate needs new hinges, planes on either side and a new latch. Cost of latch not included, we can purchase on our end.

Single fence around garage has become loose at ground level. Also some slats need repairing.

3 of our wooden fence slats have been damaged and need sourced and replaced. Size is 180cm x 9cm for 1 slat and 180cm x 10cm for 2 slats

Replace the beam that runs along the fence and reattach fence palings

We have a couple trade/carpenter related jobs: 1) Remove and replace rotten post and rail. A post near stairs has rotted through and needs to be replaced. See photos. You to supply the materials + paint. Also remove debris. 2) There is a shutter in the garage and none of the latches work, are rotted as well and need to be replaced. See photos. This seems a smaller task, but you to supply fittings. 3) There is a storage area with a rotten post at the top of the to side posts with latch. The post has rotten and so the door no longer closes. Same latches as the garage. Need to replace the top post. Sorry no photos yet. You to stupply materials. 4) A couple bedroom cabinet hinges are rusted / broken and need replacing. Photos coming

Our gate stump looks rotten and needs to be replaced. The current stump is nailed into the cement wall of the garage so you will need tools to get the current nails out. Experience welcomed!

Our front wooden garden gate cannot be closed. We don't know if it needs rehanging or if the swollen timber is the problem, or maybe something else entirely. Gate is less than 1 meter tall. - Due date: Flexible

We need to replace three glass panels on our pool fence and attach the glass to new pergola posts. The fixings/glazing posts need to match the existing ones elsewhere on the fence. We also need to replace the hinges on one gate. We need the parts sourced and installed. You will need to do a proper measurement but the glass is about 1160mm high by 1045mm, 1050mm and 1065mm wide. The existing glazing posts are 25mm x 25mm but there is a wider one on one gate so 50mm x 50 mm would be acceptable too. Picture of the gaps, current posts and hinges are provided. We are flexible on installation times but any noisy activity needs to avoid our toddler’s nap time (12.30-3pm). Thanks - Due date: Flexible

Timber paling fence has been fairly heavily overgrown by vines. Now mostly cleared and fence in OK condition but some missing/loose palings. One panel needs replacing.
