Handy Man Requirements: Line and plaster two cupboards and paint fence footing. At a property in Fisher St Malvern 5061. Task 1: Line two cupboards (see pictures) with Gyprock and plaster to paint finish. This includes some 35 X 45mm timber supports to hold the Gyprock securely in place. There are 5 melamine shelves for the smaller cupboard which will need cutting down to fit. Cupboard dimensions are: 1 = 900mm X 500mm X 2.4Mtrs 1 = 900mm X 2Mtrs X 2.4Mtrs HARDWARE ITEMS (THAT I WILL PROVIDE) • 35mm X 40mm Timber = 8Mtrs • 10mm Plastic Gyprock U edge (White) = 5 Strips @ 2.4Mtrs • Gyprock 2.4Mtrs X 1.2Mtrs = 3 sheets • Gyprock Jointing Tape = 1 Roll • Gyprock Screws = 1 (small box) Task 2: Paint (2 coats) the concrete footing under a new fence (ranges from 600mm high to 200mm high across approximately 27 Mtrs + 1 Post. (AGAIN, I WILL SUPPLY paint & brushes) Note that all of the above items will be provided by the owner – the Handyman need only provide appropriate tools. Looking for a general handyman for around $45 per hour – estimate the task will take 1.5 to 2 days.
