Looking for an EXPERIENCED painter to paint the windows, gutter, fascia, carport. It’s on a brick house, so no walls. Will need to be pressure cleaned first, and only minimal scraping and sanding. It’s just to be “tidied up” as I will be soon listing house for sale. Will need you to provide own ladders, plank etc. I have a pressure washer. Hi, I'm looking for an experienced painter to repaint the exterior eaves on my Mum's brick house in Taroona, Hobart. The eaves are showing signs of peeling paint and need preparation (scraping/sanding where required) followed by 2 coats of quality exterior paint to freshen them up. Approximate length: Two sections, each about 3.6m long (total around 7.2m linear). The eaves appear to be boxed style with soffits and fascia, currently painted white/cream. Access: Second-storey section – ladder required. I'll supply the paint (exterior acrylic in matching white – Dulux or similar). You bring tools, brushes/rollers, ladder, and any prep materials. Rear weatherboard and cement brick section of house to be repaired and reclad, so do not require painting. Front door to be replaced so painting not required.

Hi, I'm looking to get an online estimate for labour for painting all interior walls of an acreage house (approx 15-20 min from Launceston with good access) as well as all decking, posts, railings and patio. As we're in the process of purchasing the property, I'm just looking to get estimates from photos (supplied) only. I can supply all paint, if you can let me know how many coats are required.
