Filling, sanding and painting Cladding, soffit and fascias. The newly installed cladding is on both sides of the property and is on the side of the attic. The property is double-storey and the carpenter used a scissor lift to install it. Paint will be provided but you need to arrange your own lift.

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame. Please note I have Monument paint alressy but don’t have equipment. Tasker must be insured and also access to a ladder large enough for access. Any questions please let me know

We’ve had the old external aircon unit taken out and the hole has been filled with a plaster board cover. Fill in Exterior small holes and render over, will need to colour match. New home so won’t be noticeable if job is done correctly. Remove black line marks, this will come off with a wet rag / sugar soap as it is only markings Sand down blistered WPC cladding and paint over with black paint, this is also new so won’t be noticeable if done correctly

Paint exterior of property bricks and roof. No need to paint cladding which is on top side of property as they need to be replaced. No need to paint windows. Not sure about front of property but side is 9 mtr long.

Please see attached photos. I will provide the colour paints, the rest you will need to provide! Will need the door and outline of window painted black, and then the rest painted an off white colour (we can chat when you come on what we both think would work best). Will also need the underneath of the awning painted as well.

The front eaves are a bit grubby and have bits where the old paint shows after I removed some canvas outdoor blinds. The eaves are only at the front of the house and would measure about 6 metres by say 0.5 wide. Please supply the white paint. Will need a ladder. White paint to be supplied please and no drips on the front steps or concrete. Garden bed underneath in some sections.

I have a fence and a wall that needs painting in the grey fence colour. Don’t have the spray gun but should be a straight forward job for someone who has done before 🤷🏼‍♀️ can buy paint myself just need manpower and common sense to get job done. Thanks
