My wedding is on Saturday and finishes at 9pm. We are then going back to my friends home in Bond for some drinks with a smaller group. I need someone to just help out on the night from 9-12pm. Tidying up and serving drinks etc.

Scope of Work - Assist with unloading event elements (short walk from van to site) - Set up branded structures alongside our team - Secure and weight down elements using supplied weights and ratchet straps - Assist with pack down at the end of the event Elements Include: - Market umbrellas (weights provided) - Deck chairs - Merch bins - Magazine booth (approx. 2m x 1.5m x 1.2m – aluminium easy-frame setup) - Archway (approx. 4mH x 3mW x 1.5mD – aluminium frame with fabric cover) - Additional lightweight branded props Van (Optional but Helpful) - If you have a van, this is a bonus (not essential). - If you have a van, you can collect elements from our Camperdown storage unit prior to the event (flexible timing before March 1). - If you don’t have a van, you can meet us onsite at the listed bump-in and bump-out times. - Experience with event builds, marquees, backdrops, or similar temporary structures is highly preferred.
