Photography services required for a trade exhibition - indoors, located at the ICC Sydney. Start time is 8:30am until approx. 5pm.

We're looking for a videographer/photographer (ideal for a 4th-year media/film/photography student) to capture a small professional event (70 pax) at the ICC Sydney on Monday 30 June, from 8:00am to 11:30am. We need: Approx. 100 high-quality still photos (capturing moments like arrivals, registration, craft activity, and morning tea) Short raw video clips (e.g., 5–15 seconds each) for future editing — no need for full filming or editing No big setup – must be non-intrusive, handheld or camera-on-tripod only (no lighting or staging) Files delivered electronically (e.g. via Google Drive/WeTransfer), not USB Deadlines: At least 12 photos delivered within 24 hours of the event for social media All content delivered within 7 days Ideal for: A final-year student or emerging creative looking to build their portfolio Someone who can show examples of previous event or documentary-style photography/videography work (include links in your pitch!) I need a night event photographer comfortable with taking unedited photos for a boat party aimed at university students. There's a maximum of 400 people going, but I am expecting 150-300 people. June 28th, 7-11pm at King Street Wharf 3. Free food and drinks available for the camerperson at hand too.

the task would be offering free basic face paint to client attending the party to add aan experience to the event. For the designs they would be pretty basics, wavy lines, dotes, hearts, glitters.. The person must provide the materials and i would be happy to pay an hourly rate. And i would like them to be there from 5pm to 8pm after that they can just stay and enjoy the party and i could also provide them an extra free ticket each. obviously they need to be over 18.
