Looking for someone to perform a bond clean on 31st October in the morning, please. It's a studio with a small study and small bathroom (shower, no bathtub). The unit is furnished with a fridge, bed, 2 bedside tables, couch, tv, tv unit, desk and chair, additional larger sitting chair, washing machine, 2 lamps, a large glass vase, paintings, microwave, toaster, kettle, and kitchen crockery/utensils/pots. There is a fan, 2 air conditioners (filters will need to be cleaned), and there are 3 roller blinds. The furniture will need to be bond cleaned (minus the crockery/utensils/pots) as it came with the unit, in addition to the bond clean of the rest of the studio. I'm looking for someone who can provide a bond clean guarantee, that if the clean isn't up to the standards of the real estate agent that you will promptly clean areas that require attention for no additional charge, please. If you offer an additional service of bond cleaning a carport, that would be great too, but not absolutely necessary as I can organise someone else for that job if it's not a service you provide. The carport is cement and has some oil stains. It will need a high pressure wash and likely chemicals to clean. Also looking for someone to steam clean a queen mattress.
