Repurpose TikTok content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Add captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action. Email Marketing Support Set up and manage a simple email platform (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar). Create and design email templates. Write short, parent-friendly email copy for updates and book news. General Content Coordination Keep a simple 14-day content schedule. Maintain consistency in brand voice and look. Qualifications Experience growing TikTok and Instagram accounts (bonus if in family/children/education space). Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.). Strong writing skills for short, engaging captions and emails. Engagement Part-time (5–10 hours per week to start).
