Residence is a three level strata title townhouse. On Saturday 8/2pm: ^Bathtub on top floor overflowed around tiled edges and into bathroom floor drains Water traversed via the top floor tiling through insulation down onto to the middle floor ceiling Resulting in ceiling water damage, thereby causing the ceiling to partially collapse and for some of the electrical surge protectors to be triggered to off. Minor leakages have occurred before with soiling of the ceiling without collapse. Current situation: 1. approx. 1m diameter ceiling defect 2. Several LED ceiling lights have detached. 3.Leak source has been dealt with and no water leak through since Saturday evening 4. All kitchen surfaces and flooring on the middle floor below the ceiling collapse are now dry.

Need someone to colour match and conduct some minor touch ups to 1 x ceiling and 1 x wall. Have already patched the wall, just needs sanding. Ceiling will need reviewing but hopefully just a sand required.

Hi there! New to air tasker. I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla that i am getting ready for sale. There is a few interior jobs that need done, listed below. 1) Attach new window clips to passenger glass window (I have already sourced these clips) and then re connect to window actuator. The interior trim panel is already removed. (I believe these clips are meant to be re attached with glass epoxy resin etc? 2) I then need this interior trim panel re attached to the door. 3) I have a new drivers side mirror and backing plate that needs fitted into the mirror housing. Need to undo the taps for the washing machine to be drained and removed, they were tightened by the good guys and I don’t have the strength to loosen them. It’s a 2 minute job for the right person. After pm today
