The shower is leaking. The shower taps need to be replaced. I would appreciate if you can recommend a tap so that I can get it from Bunnings. I am thinking of getting something like this: "Mondella Resonance Chrome 1/2 Turn Cross Handle Wall Top Assembly Set". The current taps are pretty old, maybe 25 years or more. Saturday or Sunday mornings would be good.

We are considering two ways to deal with the roots, one is to remove them completely and the other is to make them as flat as the ground. I need separate quotes for each of the above two ways and include how much it would cost to take away the roots if they need to be taken away and disposed of. e.g. Quote1: $xxx (shoveling) ➕$xxx (taking away stump) 1. A total of 15 tree roots that become as flat as the ground. ➕ take away the roots and throw them away 2. If you dig up the roots (without destroying the bricks)➕ take away the roots and throw them away The tree species is Spineless Yucca. please be careful not to damage the fence and yard tiles. There are specifics in the pictures.
