Need an experienced painter to do the following: 1) Attend our unit and colour match the paint on walls 2) Go to Bunnings (8 min drive) and purchase the correct paint (keep receipt and we will reimburse for paints) 3) Do various touch ups around the unit getting ready for sale. Examples: (see attached photos) - Filling, sanding and painting of 5 sets of double holes left from old curtain rods in bedrooms - a couple of skirting board touchups that just need filling, sanding and painting - filling a big hole and some smaller ones on the roof then sanding and painting (where old light fittings have been removed) I would imagine this will take no more than the day for someone who knows what they are doing. We just want it done well so it doesn't look weird or noticeable.

Transition steps between the living area and kitchen are currently two non compliant half steps. Seeking to fix it to one step. We have extra wood flooring to assist.

Need to seal two small gaps - i don’t have silicon or silicon gun

We have new tiles 15cm x 15cm to replace the existing cracked marble rise in the steps. We need the existing marble cracked tiles removed, and new tiles installed (not just with glue but need it be levelled) The flat top steps will still be the existing marble. Some are loose and will need to be cemented down. The photo with the green tiles shows example of what the finishing result should look like. But we will have different tiles for the rise.

The taps in our laundry won’t turn off. They have previously been connected to the washing machine, we have had to turn off the water mains to remove the washing machine. The taps won’t budge and need help fixing them so we can turn the water mains back on. Don’t need a full service, just fixed enough to turn water mains on so it doesn’t flood the house.
