The property is being prepared for sale, so high-quality, seamless finishes are a must to ensure everything looks pristine for upcoming real estate photography and home opens. Scope of Work Includes: Preparation: Minor filling, sanding, and masking where required to ensure a clean finish. Interior Touch-Ups: Fixing scuff marks, patching/painting a few wall blemishes, mostly walls - occassional ceiling. Exterior Touch-Ups - Balcony rail occassional other. Clean Up: Drop sheets must be used; clean up after the job is non-negotiable. Paint & Materials: I will supply the exact paint colors/matching tins. You just need to bring your own professional tools (brushes, rollers, drop sheets, ladders). [Option B]: You will need to colour-match the existing paint and supply the required premium paint (e.g., Dulux). I will cover material costs if agreed upon. Looking for a plumber to relocate some taps. Washer taps need to move down and left, ideally under the sink. The main taps will be replaced with a mixer tap when the new cabinets and sinks go in… so want to get it ready for that

I have cut two hibiscus trees down and my 40 year old chainsaw is just not getting the final part of the job done! I just need the two stumps chopped off to ground level. A metal bedframe has fallen into the wall and left some black marks on the wall. In one spot the paint is marked but not chipped and another area has been chipped. I do not have the paint but the damage is minor so with just a good clean it may be sufficient
