Hi there! We’ve just had a new kitchen installed and are looking for an experienced painter to help with a few finishing touches. Scope of work: 1) Paint an MDF bulkhead to match existing wall colour (Dulux Natural White – low sheen Wash & Wear) 2) Ceiling needs either a full repaint or touch-ups where plaster work was done (Dulux Natural White – flat) 3) One small section beside the dishwasher requiring either a touch-up or repaint of the whole wall. 4) Paint a half-wall on the front And if you have any advice on some of our badly painted vents/sprinkler in there, we're open to that too! Trim throughout the area is Dulux Natural White – semi-gloss, if that's needed. I need to re grout the gap between the wall and the floor in the shower. Need to do this for 2 bathrooms. The area is pretty small. Each shower is at most 1mx1m

roof started linking from the heavy rain - suspect it may be from the gutters. tap and shower head seem to have a slow leak during rainfall as well - not leaking when not raining, perhaps linked.

The nosing for our stairs (wooden flawboards) is a little loose for 6 steps of our stairs. It means that it's quite loud when you place your foot down on them. They appear to be glued on and need to be reglued

My house entrance tap is slightly leaking

My car is 2008 Toyota Camry My posted budget is to tell me what's wrong with my car and what needs to be done to fix it. Hoping it could be fixed today. Any repairs or replacement will be paid on top. I'm currently located in Mascot. My car keeps shutting down either while the wheel is turned all the way when leaving kerbside parking, or while at a stop. I also noticed today that while at a stop, there is a silent rattling noise for two seconds then it stops. It happened every 30 seconds, but there were times it did not happen, then it would happen again randomly. There is no light on the dashboard until the car shuts down, aircon and music is still on but just the engine turns off. When it first shut down, the first photo is shown. The second time it shut down, the second photo is shown on the dashboard. Please help 🙏

After a major drain blockage in the kitchen which has just been solved, the drain pump just keeps going unless I cut off tye power. After clearing the drain blockage the water went off but the pump still keeps going.
