Need someone to have a look at a toilet that keeps running after flushing. The cistern fills up fine but water keeps flowing into the bowl constantly. Flush also seems a bit weak sometimes. Probably something like the flush valve, seal or inlet valve but happy for someone experienced to inspect properly and fix it. Looking for someone reliable who’s done plenty of toilet repairs before.

The bathroom sink the cold water tap leaking and the knob is very hard to turn off or on. The shower head is turned off but still leaks.

Need this garden stripped bare, the fern removed and about 10 Stumps dug out from previous shrubs. Soil then turned over and mulch applied ready for replanting.

There are currently x8 door stops installed at the property, x4 plastic and x4 rubber. All are currently screwed into the doors rather than the skirting. We believe there isn’t much longevity with them being screwed into the doors, as the doors are quite thin, so could you please provide a quote to relocate the door stops and fix them to the skirting instead?

Bring both sets of taps below new bench top height. - Washing machine taps changed to more streamline handles (see photos don’t need to be black) happy to pay for this or buy some ahead of time. - Basin handles to be set up for mixer tap from bench top (see photos) we have this already. Re-route waste further back in cabinet. Cabinet will be Customised to suit farmhouse sink so need to market it work under there. Can all be in front on brick so no chasing through bricks.

8 Golden cane stumps to be dragged out of their ditches to be taken to another part of the yard around 30 metres away. The stumps have all been dug out like you can see in the picture, and just require pulling out with a truck/car and taken to another spot within the yard. Some stumps in the picture look like they're in the ground but they are not, they are completely detached from the ground with no root attachments. Need to fix the broken part of the wall it was hit by the car while parking. It should look similar to the rest of the wall after repair.
