I need an existing non-LED (old circular fluoro) light fitting in the bedroom ceiling removed, and replaced with an LED light fitting. See photos attached of existing fitting, and new light to be installed.

After cyclone, the power was cut off to all ceiling lights and fans, and it's RCB safety switch trips even after all points are turned off. There is no issues with power sockets or Aircons etc, they are running ok.

Part of the house has no power, including our fridges and air-conditioning and need an electrician to come out and help us

The room details are as follows: Area 1: remove two oyster lights and install 4 downlights. We are needing the 4 dc fans with lights put in which will replace old lights 6 oyster lights, which will replace old lights and there is currently a freestanding electric oven but we are wanting to put a new freestanding oven in and our plumber is coming out to put a gas line in but it is a dual oven so still needs to be wired up (not sure if you can use the current oven wires) And happy for you to quote us on other stuff when you come.
