Qualified electrician required to take down 4 pendant lights, and put together fabric cables (attach to ceiling roses, globes, switches, etc) and hang new lights. Additional new lamp included also. 5 new lights in total.

Need to set up and wire a Samsung TV, might need to drill some holes, and feed the wires down into the cabinet space. TV is on the wall already we just want it clear so we see no wires on top and then we need to hook the Bose speakers up as well

Two power points are loose and not working 100%. They may need to be replaced. The ceiling fan in the main room works but can not move up through the settings above the lowest spin. We would like that fixed to be able to spin more powerfully.

Electrician required to rough in and fit off two floors of house. Consisting of GPOs, downlights, some LED cove strip lighting, fans and GPOs Master bedroom, ensuite, walk in robe. Main living room level with living, dining area and kitchen. All walls and ceilings for the areas in question are completely un sheeted. Site access is directly off the street, parking is always available and generally the areas in question are easily accessible internally - ladders would only be required for lighting / fan wiring. Floor plans with notional layouts, numbers of GPOs, downlights etc can be provided and a site inspection is recommended if you are interested in the project.

Have a replacement 60cm underbench oven to be installed. The existing oven is hardwired to a shared junction box with hotplates, kitchen is 5 years old. Disconnect/reconnect electrical only - I'll help position and screw into place once connected. For electrical safety, I'd suggest you would need a restricted electrical licence as a minimum.
