Have a new ceiling fan that's making a noise and a new dimmer light in the living room that occasionally cutting out (flashes off and on randomly). Looking for someone to fix both problems.

1 ceiling fan to be removed and replaced with a LED Oyster ceiling lighting and to be working when completed. This job would be preferred for a qualified & certified electrician.

Replace existing oyster light with a 1 x dc fan. I will supply the fan. Supply and install 4 new down lights. Install an outdoor power point to pictured wall.

Connect the new electrical oven to electricity and Connect the gas to new gas cooktop. The oven needs a cable from switchboard. The gas connection is next to cooktop, just need a short pipe or hose to Connect. The switchboard is less than 20m away, easy access for cable run.

Need power for swimming pool equipment. There's power connecting point on the external wall already (See photo please.). Need to run power cable and conduit for about 10m from it to back yard where pool equipment will be placed. 4 power points needed. Depending on the price, one is also acceptable (I expend it later). It's a new build house and the landscaping is not done yet. So minimum or no digging is needed. Because the area where the conduit goes will be filled to level the ground.

Install Ring - Spotlight Cam Plus Wired outside, task require qualified electrician to hard wire the unit to power source.
