Generator to test house oven no power

I need to replace couple of down lights in my property. I will provide the replacement lights. The power point is hard to access through the small hole of the down light and requires replacing them via the roof. I replaced one of them that was easy accessible via the hole.

I need electrician who can install new Downlight and fans at my place. There are around 4 fans installation and 25-30 downlight to be installed. House is single storey, and steel frame. Must have experience with this type of work.
