Hello, We are looking for a licensed electrician to attend our retail store, in Mildura Central, to adjust a pendant light fixture. The Issue: One of the large, black dome pendant lights hanging over our central display island has slipped down from its suspension cable. It has slowly descended over time and is now resting on top of the mirror below. This affects the look of the store and needs to be rectified before it becomes a safety hazard. The Job: The task is to raise the pendant light back to its original height and ensure it is securely fastened. This will involve: 1. Safely accessing the light fixture and its ceiling mount (a suitable ladder will be required for a commercial ceiling height). 2. Adjusting the suspension cable to lift the light back into its correct position, matching the height of the other pendants. 3. Securely tightening the locking mechanism in the ceiling rose to prevent the cable from slipping again. 4. Ensuring the light is level and functions correctly after the adjustment. Ceiling height: Approximately 3.5 meters. Please see the attached photos which show the dropped light resting on the mirror and its position relative to the other lights. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured A-Grade Electrician in Victoria. - You must be able to provide your license number. - You must have your own tools, including an appropriate A-frame ladder suitable for a retail store's ceiling height. - Experience with commercial lighting fixtures is essential. Mount the TV on the wall and connect the set box to the TV (hdmi cable), connect the power for the TV+set box, use a network cable to connect the set box to the data point / connect the box to the store wifi with mouse/keyboard , tidy up the set box and cables behind the TV. 7. Connect the camera to the set box and set it up on the top of the TV – point the camera to where the customer can stand.
