Here’s what I need done: - Ev charging port installed - replace 3 ceiling fans

This is 10 min job sadly but I can't go there in person to sort it out. Also be great if done ASAP. I just need an electrician to go to a property in Mayfield 2304 and ensure the status of the main switches in the fuse box. House is being renovated but the tradesmen there can't figure out the fusebox. I need: main power ON lights OFF - as light switches have been removed and ceiling is removed wall socket circuits ON (if possible) Aircon OFF (ac has been temporarily removed) I don't have a pic of the switchboard but it's nothing fancy, just a bit older. Also while you're there could you please check the taping up and safety of some light switch wiring. Pic of is half removed light switch. The state it is in now is all lightswitches (except kitchen & bathroom) are removed and the cables are taped, but I wouldn't mind having them taped some more (even though the light circuit should be off !)

Our Bosch dishwasher (about 10 yo) hasn't been drying the dishes at the end of the cycle for a while and now it is shorting out the electrical circuit when starting. (trips the switch in electrical house box)

A few years back I found a coffee table on gumtree that was a fully glassed rectangular table, inside was fake plants like a terrarium The table smashed and I was devastated and I’m unable to find the table or similar ANYWHERE (if you can find one I’ll give you $50 lol) So I’m thinking of just making one There’s no boxed in glass coffee tables so if I get one that is primarily covered and someone else just attach other pieces of glass but so I am still able to put my plants inside. I’ll attach photos 1 photo- type I will purchase 2 photo- the idea The last table had silicone ‘glue?’ Around the pieces of glass so I don’t know if that’s how you would do it also I will put a random price as I’m unsure what it would cost material, time etc so just make an offer :) If you’ve done things with glass before bonus points!! Gutters to be installed on carport and awning. Guttering is ‘high front’ style. Barge capping and end caps to be installed on carport. All materials already purchased and on site. Prefer experienced roofer. Need done this week.
