Looking for an electrician to put 6 down lights in a unit, install aircon unit and replace 3 fans

Hi there! I’ve picked up a great old table lamp at an auction, but the plug was cut off and the cord is too short to use safely. I’d like to get it rewired and have the 60W bulb fitting checked and replaced if needed. I already have a brand-new replacement cord with an in-line switch — just need someone who knows what they’re doing to fit it properly and confirm the bulb fitting is safe/replace it if required. Happy for the work to be done at my place in Mango Hill, or I can drop the lamp to you if you’re not too far away. If you’re experienced with lamp repairs or basic electrical work, I’d love to hear from you!

I have recently had some storage space created in the roof cavity. I need a light installed in that space. I also need a gpo/antenna/data points moved to behind the TV.

2 down lights needs to change

Must be qualified electrician. Should be a relatively easy job. There are four photos, the third photo is a simple oyster light that is a screw bulb light that occurs right through the house, except in the kitchen where photo 1 is taken. The light has blown and unfortunately is hard wired to the house for some unknown reason., I would like it taken out and replaced with a simple oyster light in the same style as the rest of house. (Not provided this end) Photo 2 is an outdoor light that has really dimmed, and for some unknown reason is also most probably hard wired. Would like that replaced as well, in as close to that style as possible, also preferring a simple screw bulb set up. (Just for consistency through house, a bayonet bulb of not doable is also fine.) Also have this NBN box (photo four) come loose in winds, and it needs safely securing back to the concrete wall.

Model 26ENA5N it's main power been turned off. Now turned it back on (already tried different device on the same power point ensure no issues) then hot water not working. Then tried to clean inlet water filter but found dirt on the filter probably by bees. Clear it from outside. Then close water supply valve. Open all hot water fixtures inside house. Trying to remove the inlet water filter anticlockwise but can't it's too tight. Anyway not sure if the filter is the cause of issue

Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system, control panel not turning on, would say its a communication error and possible needs new inside control panel. Young family need done asap
