The downlights are currently set to cool and it’s too white, even with the dimmer. Can’t access the ceiling space so we need a self supporting A Frame ladder that can reach 6m high to pull out the light and flick the switch to warm. 6 lights in total. Access is fine.

Hi, Our ducted Air Conditioner works and air flows, however the air is not cold. Doesn’t seem to be cooling. I called MDV and they said likely needs to be re-gassed. Not sure of exact age of system as we bought house recently. Looking for someone to come out and fix / re-gas so works again. Access is very good both for indoor and outdoor unit.
