3 regular ceiling lights (oyster style) to be replaced with regular light fittings. the fourth fitting is a flouro tube in the kitchen that I plan to replace with a rail with 3 spotlights. will require electrician for electrical works but also to fix the fittings to the ceiling.

I have an old cottage with high ceilings (guessing 3.3m). My smoke alarm needs the batteries changed as they are beeping (I think I have a spare battery but if not will need to go to the shop to buy the correct one). Will need to bring your own tall ladder.
