We have taken delivery of an ice bath unit and it requires for the compressor unit wiring (from unit to wall socket plug) to be done by a qualified electrician

Install 1 x hardwired smoke alarm to be in the hallway with a new hardwired smoke alarm in order to interconnect with other battery powered smoke alarms in bedrooms. I have the smoke alarm here so now fixtures needed. Also, electrical cable to be made safe underneath the house. Currently has black tape on the end of it and it was noted as being possibly unsafe in a building report, which I need to get removed from the report.

Need two new power points installed - one in kitchen and one in bedroom.

The bayonet type fitting in my light fitting has broken one of the plastic tabs off so isn't holding the light bulb in anymore and needs replacing. Diameter of the fitting is approx 65mm, and it's approx 52mm in between the screw fittings holding it in. I also have a light switch fitting that has broken off one of the rocker tabs in the on / off part of the switch so this also needs replacing. Switch fitting is approx 116mm length x 72mm width. I don't have replacement fittings as you may be better able to recommend high quality replacements. Alternatively if you want to save yourself time, tell me what ones to purchase and I can get them so you can just arrive and fit them, whatever is easiest for you. - Due date: Flexible
