Replace Bedroom 3 fan with a new unit that matches rest. Supply & install 1 outdoor-rated ceiling fan (main patio). Kitchen Appliance Connections Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood, Dishwasher – connections and hardwire as required. Fridge, Microwave – Add GPOs as required Other Works Install up to 2 new switches in the switchboard (includes oven/cooktop). Replace patio powerpoint and any unsafe points. Add a 2 switch PowerPoint for outside laundry Conceal exposed wiring in kitchen for a clean finish. Test, label & provide Certificate of Electrical Safety/Compliance on completion Notes Use existing wiring/points wherever possible. Fixtures to be mid-range, rental-grade standard from reputable brands (not entry-level bulk packs, not premium designer fittings).
