Install ceiling fan where existing pendant light is. Replace four down lights with LED plus install three new down lights in kitchen

I have 4 existing external coach lights on the front wall of a single story brick house. I want all 4 replaced with the exact same brand of coach lights. No wiring required, just unscrew from wall, disconnect wiring, connect (retire) new light and bolt on wall with existing screws as they are the same brand. No cabling or drilling required. Replacing because the sensors have become brittle over the years and cracked and not coming on at night. The point at the top of the lights screws in and will be replaced by a rubber stopper as they touch the roof and make the light too low.

trench needs to be 100mm wide minimum and 600mm deep unsure of how long but will know later this arvo …. Needs to be done b4 the 20th of December We have done some just don’t have the time to finish it!

2 Fans not working and one fan light might not be working. I need an electrician with a license to fix it. I also have 2 smoke alarms for testing too and to be replaced if they are not working. So I would need an A class electrician
