We are having a roof installed over an outdoor patio area on Saturday 16th March. Before then, I would like some advice from an electrician on what we should ask the roofers to do, to allow an electrician to install down lights and a ceiling fan in the area. There is already some power to this area. Specifically, we're looking for advice like where should the roofers install wiring/conduit for the electrical work. Once the roof is installed, we also need an electrician to wire up the lights/fan, so it would be good to also get a quote for that work.
