Apologies to those who bid previously, I had to source a replacement towel rail and the task expired. Looking for a qualified electrician to install a PowerPoint, install a heated towel rail (supplied - 750mm wide) in ensuite and install a new exhaust fan (supplied - no existing fan) in ensuite. Good roof and under house access. Wall in ensuite is exterior wall and is VJ Board. Happy for it to be done during daytime or after hours. Not sure what the going rate is so keen to receive your offers.

We have builders works commencing late next week and require 4 points to be isolated in readiness. These include - 1 GPO, 1 light, 1 smoke detector and 1 light switch. Simple job that shouldn’t take any longer the. Half an hour. We’d like anyone doing the work to at least be a 3rd year apprentice.
