The Issue: One of the recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. While not a major safety concern, it is very noticeable and disruptive to the store's atmosphere. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering and perform the necessary repair to ensure stable, constant light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the ceiling. 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, loose connection, or dimmer incompatibility). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement downlight and driver assembly if the existing one is found to be faulty. 4. Testing the light thoroughly to confirm the flickering is resolved. * Light Specification (see attached photos for labels): Please note: The successful contractor MUST be able to source and supply the correct replacement light and driver as specified above. The cost for these parts must be included in your final offer.
