2019 Toyota Hilux, I have installed the electric side steps but I am struggling to get the door sensors to respond. The kit comes with magnet sensors but there seems to be a plug connector which I am unable to locate where it needs to go which is what I suspect is causing the issue. The kit is the Cobra electric side steps for the N80 Hilux 2015+ I need someone with automotive electrical fitout experience to help finish the job. The job should be really easy for someone who knows what they are doing.

I need some help dealing with sensors on my Hilux. 1. A deep clean caused a loose wire on the seatbelt to trigger the airbag and seat alarm - does not recognise seat belt. If its not straightforward to fix Im okay with bypassing the sensor to clear the sound and light alarm pictured. 2. Passenger rear door sensor works but is not properly compressed by the door. Need to adjust the pin that activates it. 3. New central locking key provided if possible - have one, its just old. 4. Drivers sode window button doesnt work. May need minor adjustment, new button or new switch panel Work could be done at my workplace in Bentley

Hi, I have converted a VW T5 van into a campervan and I need a qualified electrician or auto electrician to inspect my existing electrical installation and provide the certificate/documentation required for my VASS certification. The VASS engineer advised me that I need certification/documentation in relation to the lithium battery installation and compliance with the relevant requirements, including AS/NZS 3001 and/or AS/NZS 3000, as applicable. My system includes: * 100Ah lithium battery * Solar panel * Renogy DC-DC charger * 12V fuse box * Interior lights * Roof fan * 12V water pumps There is no 240V system and no gas system. The installation is already completed. I need someone to check and provide the appropriate certificate or compliance documentation required by the VASS engineer

Need someone to extend the trigger cable for my new reverse camera (it’s too short) and to splice/solder it to the positive cable of my reverse light. Car: Ford Falcon FG G6E, auto Problem: the shift selector cable bushing at the gearbox end has let go (a common Falcon fault). RACQ has already attended, confirmed it's the bushing, and manually put the car into neutral. Before that the shifter was sliding through P/R/N/D doing nothing and the dash was stuck on P. Just need the bushing repaired. It's in an underground residential carpark in the Brisbane CBD city - height clearance is 2m. There's a couple of security gates so I'd need to jump in on street level and guide you down.
