Clothes dryer not working

I have a dryer that needs to be installed to the wall, on top of the washing machine. There is an old mount already installed before but I am not sure if this is compatible with the new dryer. I have new wall fixtures to be installed that comes with this dryer.

I need someone to uninstall my old dryer, dispose it and mount the new dryer onto the wall, the new dryer is about 28kg by weight according to the package
