Holes need to be drilled into the ceiling to accommodate this. -Removal and ceiling patching of 6 old light fixtures. -Install 1x sensor floodlight in existing plug -Install 1x sensor floodlight in new area -Install fancy sensor light on porch and back door. Single story brick villa. Please only send offers if you have an electrical licence and will provide a certificate.
